Härkila Forest Hunter Hi GTX, hiking boots

The Forest Hunter Hi GTX shoes are tall, durable yet surprisingly light leather shoes. They have reinforced stitching, excellent comfort and a medium-stiff sole that provides good support.
The shoes have a waterproof GORE-TEX membrane, and their height allows you to step safely in swampy terrain and cross smaller rivers and streams. They are designed and manufactured in Europe. As with all Härkila footwear, also these have two-year warranty to cover you in the unlikely event that the boots develop a material or manufacturing fault.
Despite their leather construction, the Forest Hunter High GTX shoes weigh only about 780 grams per shoe. They have a tall 10"/25cm shaft and a slightly wider last. When designing the boot, we created extra space around the toes. Not only does this provide excellent comfort, but it's also useful in cold weather as it gives more room for your toes to move, even if you have thick, insulating socks.
