Roach PeTu, Sea Trout Spoon
The long-casting PeTu, or Reverse Wind Fish – is a sea trout spoon handcrafted in Ostrobothnia. The stainless steel body makes the lure long-casting, and the dual-cork weight allows for depths even in shallow waters.
The PeTu has a measured basic swim, but with a versatile winding rhythm, you can make the lure operate in both cold and warm waters.
*Note! Make stops during the entire winding process. 3 winds – stop – 2 winds – stop – and so on; this easily gives the lure an irregular swim that triggers the fish to strike. Also remember to stop the lure before lifting it out of the water – trout often follow the lure for a long time and may only strike very close to the boat/shore.
All lures are hand-painted, making each piece unique!
