The Stingman jig does not have its own swimming movement; rather, the entire movement is generated through variations in retrieval rhythm and rod twitches. The Stingman works exceptionally well when fished with the dropshot technique. The spiked tail moves with the slightest twitches of the rod, enticing cautious perch and zander to strike.
