Returning products

When returning a product to us, please do so according to the following procedure:

When ordering a product from us, a Parcel Connect Return form will be included in the packaging and contain contact information and addresses. All that is needed for you to do is to carefully affix the form on the packaging prior to returning it to the same DHL Service Point agent that gave you the package, (also make sure that you give the package to DHL and to no other courier company) and save the receipt of the shipment. Also remember to complete our return form and place it in the packaging.

The products come with a 30-day right of return. The products must be in the ORIGINAL packaging, unused and unaltered.

NB! The right of return does not apply to tracking dog leashes, electronic products such as cell phones, map licenses, interlining, long underwear or socks.

If you ordered the wrong size of garments or shoes, you have the opportunity to exchange and have paid delivery one (1) time. If the customer wants to exchange /return a product many times, it will cost EUR 10/return.

 

Please note that a refused delivery does not have a right of return. A refused delivery that is returned to us will result in a deduction of EUR 20. 

 

The right of return also applies to damaged products (damage that occurred as a result of delivery) or in the case of incorrect delivery. In this case you do not pay the costs for delivery. Along with the return, we ask you to fill out and include the return form that is on the upper right of this page. Also let us know if you want to exchange the product for a corresponding item or another product or if you want the amount refunded to your account.
