The Fjällräven Abisko Shape 3 is a lightweight and durable four-season tunnel tent. It features a weight-saving low-profile design with an extremely spacious vestibule for storing backpacks and gear.

Shape 3 is a versatile tent with excellent ventilation, including a new convenient feature that allows you to roll up the outer tent at both ends. This enhances airflow and makes the tent easy to adjust in various weather conditions. It is a lightweight tent suitable for year-round hiking, except in extreme conditions.

The outer tent is made of Fjällräven's new high-quality TripleRip nylon, which utilizes a combination of two different fabric thicknesses in its innovative construction. The most abrasion-prone areas, mainly close to the ground, are reinforced with a more durable, thicker fabric, while less exposed areas have a lighter fabric. This results in a very durable tent while keeping the weight low. The outer and inner tents are connected to keep the inner tent dry during setup. The pole tunnels are on the outside and are color-coded for easy assembly. They are wide enough for double poles (optional) for demanding conditions.
Large, high-placed vents allow for excellent airflow. All openings in the inner tent feature a dense mosquito net to keep smaller, nearly invisible insects out. The openings of the outer tent can be fully opened or closed using the outer tent fabric. In warm weather, the door can be secured in a partially open position to improve ventilation while keeping rain out of the inner tent. The YKK zipper on the outer tent has an automatic locking feature, preventing it from blowing open in the wind. In addition to a fabric door, the inner tent has a tight-mesh mosquito net door.
The vestibule has ample space for gear, cooking, or even a companion dog. The entrance is on the side of the tent, allowing efficient use of the space. The inner tent is generously sized, with a clothesline and mesh pockets for organizing your gear.
Like other Fjällräven tents, the Abisko Shape 3 is free from PVC plastic and is treated to be fire-retardant. It also features a fluorocarbon-free treatment.
