A straight back is a happy back! Kånken was developed in 1978 to prevent back problems in Swedish schoolchildren. It quickly became a common sight in preschools and nature clubs across the country. The classic backpack is perfectly suited for school and work commutes as well as hikes and travels. The material is durable, ultra-light Vinylon F fabric that repels dirt and moisture. Thanks to the zipper that opens the main compartment completely, items are easy to pack into and retrieve from the backpack. It has two flat side pockets and a zippered front pocket, perfect for small items you want to keep accessible. The included PE foam pad remains in the inner pocket against your back, preventing the contents of the backpack from hitting your back. It’s always on hand whenever you want to take a break and sit down. The carrying system is simple yet practical. There are carrying handles at the top, and the backpack has narrow, adjustable shoulder straps. The front logo is reflective. Inside the main compartment, there is also a name tag.
