The Kånken was developed in 1978 to prevent back problems in Swedish children and has since become one of Fjällräven's most esteemed products. The Mini version is perfect for small children and adults wanting a smaller bag. It is ideal for carrying spare clothes for preschool or snacks for hikes, as well as a compact everyday bag for books, water bottles, fruits, etc. The long and adjustable shoulder straps make it suitable for both shorter and taller users.
The buckle closure ensures that the shoulder straps are out of the way when in the smallest position. The material is durable, lightweight Vinylon F fabric that repels dirt and moisture. The fully opening main compartment with a zipper makes it easy to store and access items. Two flat side pockets and a zippered front pocket. The included PE foam seat cushion stays in an inside pocket against your back, preventing the contents of the backpack from pressing against you. Carry handles on top and slim, adjustable shoulder straps. The front logo is reflective. Inside the main compartment, there's also a name label.
