Kånken was developed in 1978 to prevent back problems among Swedish children, and since then, it has become one of Fjällräven's most esteemed products. The Mini version is perfect for small children and adults who prefer a smaller backpack. It fits perfectly for extra clothes for preschoolers or for picnic snacks, as well as a small everyday bag for books, water bottles, fruits, etc. With long, adjustable shoulder straps, it accommodates both shorter and taller users.
Thanks to the buckle attachment, the shoulder straps are out of the way when in the smallest position. The material is durable, lightweight Vinylon F fabric that repels dirt and moisture. The full-opening zipper allows easy access to items in the backpack. Two flat side pockets and a zippered front pocket. A PE foam seat cushion included is stored in an inner pocket against your back, preventing the contents of the backpack from pressing against your back. Carry handles on the top and narrow, adjustable shoulder straps. The logo on the front is reflective. There is also a name label inside the main compartment.
