The 13 Fishing Concept Z reel series is backed by an ambitious goal to meet the needs of anglers. The first-generation reel made waves among active anglers when we introduced 100% stainless steel CZB bearings. The new second-generation Concept Z SLD features a SLIDE magnetic casting brake, which works seamlessly with the centrifugal brake.

The SLIDE adjuster is literally at your fingertips, making adjustments quick and easy. Cast into the wind or downwind, flip underhand, or cast along the water’s surface – with just a little thumb movement, you adjust the casting brake to match the situation. Other highlights include CZB bearing construction, an Advanced Polymer braking system, and a foundational Cast Iron Carbon frame.
