1. Customer information
Customers must provide their name, e-mail address, delivery address and telephone number when ordering a product. Customer information is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
2. Prices and product information
The prices of products are displayed together with the product demonstration. Our products include 24% VAT. A breakdown of taxes will be displayed in the order confirmation. The prices in the price list do not include transport, unless otherwise stated in the product information. Delivery costs are determined based on the chosen delivery method. The prices only apply to orders processed through a shopping cart on the Eräkellari.fi website. All product and price information is without obligation and Eräkellari.fi reserves the right to make errors in pricing and product information and, in the event of any delivery problems, to cancel the transaction, the seller's liability being limited at most to the cancellation and rescission of the transaction
3. Delivery methods, delivery period and fees
The stated delivery methods, delivery period and fees are valid in Finland. If you wish to order products abroad, please contact Eräkellari customer service

Eräkellari.fi provides its customers with the following delivery methods:
- Collect your package from the nearest DHL starting at just €4.99
The dense network of stores and the long service hours of the stores in the evenings and on weekends will ensure that you can pick up your package close to your home whenever it suits you best. The application determines the nearest stores to the delivery address from which you can choose your preferred collection point. When your package is ready to be picked up from the collection point, you will receive a notification via SMS.
- Delivery to your front door, starting at 14,90€
Matkahuolto or the post office will deliver the package to the customer’s front door. Delivery details will be discussed with the customer on the phone.
After entering your e-mail address in the purchaser data, you will receive an email with a DHL tracking number, which you can use to track your order.
Delivery period
The delivery period for our products is 1 - 3 working days. We always strive to deliver products as soon as possible. We will contact customers as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone if we notice that a delivery will take longer than usual.
Delivery fee
In your shopping cart, you will be able to see the packaging and delivery costs relative to the delivery method you have selected.
4. Payment methods
https://www.vildmarkskallare.se/ offers their customers the following payment methods:
Credit card: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Eurocard.
Invoice: You will receive an invoice from Klarna to your email and your interest-free payment period is 30 days.
Instalment payment: Now you can also pay for your order in instalments within your desired payment period (3 - 36 months). Instalment payment is an option only for orders of over $100. The real annual interest rate for purchases of EUR 1,000 is 22%.
We offer a full 30-day return policy for all products. Returned products must be in their ORIGINAL packaging, unused and unmodified. The right of refund does not apply to dog tracking, map license, mid layer clothing, underwear, or hosiery products.

6. Complaints
All complaints regarding orders or deliveries should be sent within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order to: info(at)vildmarkskallare.se
7. Cancelling an order
Customers can cancel an order if it is not delivered within a reasonable time period. Cancellations must be reported to. We usually notify our customers by email or phone if a delivery will take longer than usual. Eräkellari.fi also reserves the right to cancel orders and return the money to the customer's account.
